	Both BoatOwners and Crew are financial members and pre registered to ensure receipt of all correspondence
	Launching time and deciding to fish or not due to weather conditions, etc., is as arranged with individual BoatOwners. Your attendance at the BBQ venue however is appreciated.
	Return to ramp (or BBQ venue) approx. Midday
	NO FISH WILL BE WEIGHED AFTER 12-30 PM

	Marine radios are preferred on water contact (Channel 96)
	Event registrations must be received by due date (i.e 5 days prior to event), with the $6-00 Entry Fee (Includes Prizes, BBQ, etc.) BBQ/LUNCH ONLY entrants $6-00. This is required for catering.
	BoatOwners to indicate Crew members/visitors
	Crews are subject to available boat spaces and are pre-organised by BoatOwners for each event
	Bait / Fuel costs are privately arranged between each boat
	Each participant is to provide their own refreshments and the Committee's
